West Quoddy, built 1808, current 1858. Marks SW entrance to Quoddy Chan. Eastern most point in continental U.S.A. Part of Quoddy Head State Park. -
Whitlocks Mill, northernmost light in U.S. first built 1892, current in 1910. S bank of St. Croix River near Calais. Automated 1969. C.G. owns tower, grounds private. -
Little River Light, built 1847, current 1876. On Little River Island at mouth of Little River and entrance to Culter Harbor. Automated 1975, skeleton tower is current light. -
Machias Seal Island, in Maine waters but maintained by Canadian government - Sovereignty question. 12 miles off coast of Cutler, Maine. Island home to large population
of puffins and sea birds. - Lubec Channel, cast-iron sparkplug style light built 1890 on W side of channel near Lubec. Autom. 1939. Renovated in 1992. -
Mulholland Light, built 1885 on Canadian Campobello Is. on E side of Lubec Channel. In the Roosevelt Campobello International Park. -
East Quoddy Light, built 1829 on most N point on Campobello Is. Maintained by Canadian C.G. Painted with the red cross of St. George. Incoming tide can rise as much as five feet per hour!

Great Point Light, stone tower built 1818. 1984 storm/erosion destroyed. Current replica built 1986, 300 yds W of first site. Part of the Coatue Wildlife Refuge. -
Jethro Coffin House, built 1686. Only building left from islands’ original 17th century England settlement. Oldest home on island. -
Sankaty Head Light, built 1849 on most SE headland in New England. Original Fresnel lens in the Whaling Museum. -
Old Brant Point, built on Brant Pt. in 1856. Channel shifts made it obsolete in 1900. Now C.G. communications station. -
Brant Point Light, first built on point 1746. Current (10th) built 1900. At 26 feet high, lowest light in New England. -
The Old Mill, built 1746, oldest working smock mill in US. With stationary body, moving cap turns sails into wind. -
