This wonderful lighthouse sits on the western tip of Washington state's terrific Long Beach Peninsula. Also on the grounds are two oil house
buildings and two huge keepers residences. Lovingly refurbished, one of these houses is available for rent, up to a week at a time. As you
can imagine, they are pretty booked. The view from here is incredible. High on a bluff overlooking the Pacific, you can look to your left and
just catch a glimpse of the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center. Only two miles away, it is worth the drive to go and see the beautiful first order
Fresnel lens that used to be in THIS light and is now in this great museum. One time while here, I saw two deer just past the fence behind the oil houses.
This lighthouse is open during the summer for tours.
